Sardegna Sartoria seeks a transparent and respectful relationship with our customers, and therefore accepts the return of your purchase for whatever reason. In addition, all postage and handling costs are on us.

The deadline to make your return is 30 calendar days after receiving the order, for whatever reason, whether regret, change of mind, defective product, size, dissatisfaction or any other reason.

Please check the return rules:
1. Check if the product is within the return deadline (30 calendar days after receiving the product);
IMPORTANT: Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.
2. All items must be returned with tags and seals intact;
3. The product must not have been used or be damaged;
4. The Invoice and Return Form must be sent together with the product.

If you do not receive confirmation that the product was returned to Sardegna Sartoria, you will have 30 days to contact us and confirm receipt from the date of posting the return to Sardegna Sartoria. 

For contacts after this period, we cannot guarantee the refund.
